After seeing how much success the Mambo Scene Social Network is having I knew Washington DC had to have it's own . You see the Mambo Scene covers the Salsa Mambo Scene all over the world. I wanted to be selfish and create a network for my beloved city Washington, DC . This network is and will always be about DC Salsa Scene all the time.
