New Exercise class starts Sunday Aug 9, 2009
Operation get ready for Cancun
We are going to Cancun in December and my gut has to come off . What better way than to start the Foulsa classes back Up?

IT'S A MOVEMENT CLASS
What do you get when you put salsa and mambo aerobics toghether with Bachata chachacha merengue with hip hop and house moves along with the hottest music that you can hear that makes you want to move?
You get funk soul and salsa, in other words you get FOULSA the hottest exercise craze out everyone is talking about !
Any one that knows GoGo Earl Rush knows he has been dancing for the 40 years. From African to GOGO to Hip Hop to House to Jazz Tap Salsa and mambo any kind of dance that has been out the last 4o years he can do it.
He has taken his experiences and put them together to create the most exciting full body aerobics work out today
Once you have experienced this workout all other workout will be an afterthought!
You will learn basic steps to dances and get a cardio workout at the same time . It's a dance party on the exercise mat.
FOULSA was recently featured at the Boca Confererence and will be featured at the New York Salsa Congress 2009

You don't have to wait until then because the StuckOnSalsa Foulsa classes will be starting starting Sunday Aug 9, 2009 at the Brookland Dance studio
Classes will be held every Sunday from 12pm until 1 pm at
